WHO AM I?​​

I am a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach with approximately 15 years of experience in strength training and running. In addition to my training challenges, I offer 1:1 online coaching with customized programs and direct contact with my clients.

 

"My own training became a thing of the past."


 

Seven years ago, I became a mother for the first time and, like so many others, lost track of my training. I quickly realized that I had to put my own life on hold and simply didn’t have time for my own health. The anxiety of not getting back into it grew stronger, and no matter how many times I tried, I was constantly reminded that I had little ones with runny noses at home—because I caught every single cold myself. My own training had become nothing but a distant memory.

 

When I never managed to establish training in my life again, the threshold only grew higher and higher as time went on. With my strong passion for fitness, I decided to enroll in a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach program. This education in health and training made everything so much easier and finally took me to where I had always wanted to beable to make fitness a natural part of my daily life without constantly second-guessing myself, regardless of kids, work, activities, or illnesses.

When I solved my own struggles and realized how little effort it actually takes to get started—and even enjoy it—my passion for helping other moms succeed in the same way was born. With my expertise and years of experience, I want to support moms whose children have grown a little older and who are slowly starting to reclaim time for themselves. Because you can, without stress, find a balance in your daily life where you manage work, kids, activities, and your own training—you just don’t know how yet.
