What makes you a great online personal trainer?

Besides being a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, I have extensive experience in strength training and running. I also work daily with digital tools, which allows me to provide my clients with fast and professional support every day.

 

What does it mean to work client-centered?

Every person is unique and requires different plans and coaching based on individual needs, goals, and conditions. I always put my client at the center and tailor the program to their strengths, weaknesses, and motivation—always with the goal of creating sustainable long-term solutions.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach through Intensive PT, Sweden’s largest PT education provider.

How long have you been strength training?

I have been strength training for 15 years.

How long have you been a runner?

I have been running on and off, but I didn’t fully commit until I took a trail running course in 2023—now I love running!

 

What kind of training can you help me with?

I can help you with various strength training, cardio, and running programs—whether for home workouts or gym training.

IS ONLINECOACHING RIGHT FOR ME?

Hiring an online personal trainer instead of a physical PT at the gym is still new and unfamiliar to many people. Of course, the choice depends on your individual circumstances and needs. Below, I’ve listed the benefits of online coaching so you can easily determine if it’s the right fit for you.

 

Online coaching is perfect for you if you:

  • Don’t have the financial means for an in-person PT (one full month of online coaching with me costs the same as 1.5 PT sessions at the gym)

Once you’ve signed the agreement, I will invite you to the app we’ll use for your coaching. Here, you’ll have everything in one place: your training program, workout calendar, measurements, weight, before-and-after photos (if you choose), direct chat with me, and more.

CONSULTATION

The first step toward your new life – before signing any agreement – is a video or text consultation where we get to know each other better. I’ll learn about your experience, circumstances, opportunities, challenges, and goals. If we’re a good match and I can provide you with online coaching, we’ll move on to the next step.

TRAINING PROGRAM & NUTRITION PLAN

At the same time as you download and familiarize yourself with the app, I begin programming your personalized training plan. Once your training plan is complete, I will publish it and add it to your workout calendar in the app. If you have added a nutrition plan to your coaching, it will be sent as a PDF via email.

TIME TO START FOLLOW YOUR PROGRAM

Everything is set, and you can begin your first training week! Along the way, I’ll be available through direct chat to answer any questions or provide valuable feedback on your exercise technique.

CHECK IN & ADJUSTMENTS

Every week, we’ll have a check-in to review how the week went and see if any adjustments are needed for the upcoming week. In other words, I’ll keep an eye on you to ensure we’re constantly optimizing your plan and working toward your goal. This way, you won’t fall off track with your training and are highly likely to reach the goals you’ve always dreamed of!
